Printing on Windows
In order to print on campus printers, you will need to go through a one time process of downloading and installing the Mobility Print client.
- The Windows client can be downloaded here, click on the download button.
- Run the installer.
- When you print, you should see 'Secure print' as an available print destination, select this.
- Once you click print you will be prompted for your credentials, this will be the first portion of your email and regular password.
- You can now log in to the printer by either tapping your ID or by logging in with the same credentials as used above.
- You can print all jobs in your queue by tapping 'Print all' or printing them individually by tapping 'Print release'
Troubleshooting
- If you are not able to see 'Secure print' as a destination, make sure you are connected to the 'Jewell' WiFi network and refresh the page.
