Printing on Windows

In order to print on campus printers, you will need to go through a one time process of downloading and installing the Mobility Print client.

1. The Windows client can be downloaded here, click on the download button.
   
2. Run the installer.
3. When you print, you should see 'Secure print' as an available print destination, select this.
   
4. Once you click print you will be prompted for your credentials, this will be the first portion of your email and regular password.
   
5. You can now log in to the printer by either tapping your ID or by logging in with the same credentials as used above.

1. You can print all jobs in your queue by tapping 'Print all' or printing them individually by tapping 'Print release'

Troubleshooting

1. If you are not able to see 'Secure print' as a destination, make sure you are connected to the 'Jewell' WiFi network and refresh the page.
