Printing on MacOS
In order to print on campus printers, you will need to go through a one time process of downloading and installing the Mobility Print client.
- The MacOS client can be downloaded here, click on the download button.
- Once downloaded, open the file location and run the package
- Running the package will bring up an installation wizard, you can click continue for all pages and then install. You can move the package to the trash at this point.
- When you print, you should see 'Secure print' as an available print destination, select this.
- Once you click print you will be prompted for your credentials, this will be the first portion of your email and regular password. The username may default to something else, check to make sure this is your Jewell username!
- You can now log in to the printer by either tapping your ID or by logging in with the same credentials as used above.
- You can print all jobs in your queue by tapping 'Print all' or printing them individually by tapping 'Print release'
Troubleshooting
- If you are not able to see 'Secure print' as a destination, make sure you are connected to the 'Jewell' WiFi network and refresh the page.
