Yates-Gill 221/222 Technology

Yates-Gill 221 and 222 are large rooms reservable through 25Live. The inputs for the projectors, and the audio in each room are controlled by touchscreen panels located at the back of each room.
The panel will allow you to select between 3 sources for each room:
  1. 'Front' - This source is for HDMI inputs, the port for this input is located at the north side of the room.
  2. 'Rear' - This source is also for HDMI inputs, the port for this input is located at the south side of the room (closest to the doors).
  3. 'Apple TV' - This source is connected to an Apple TV, allowing users to AirPlay from Mac, iPad or iPhone
The control panel, as shown below, contains contains the following options:
  1. Select source - buttons located at top of screen
  2. Turn the projector on/off and raise/lower the projection screen - buttons located on the left side
  3. Volume control - buttons located on right side
  4. Combine rooms - button located at top left side
  5. System shut off - red button located at bottom right side

Combining 221 and 222
221 and 222 can be combined to have the same audio and visual output by tapping the 'Combine' button located at the top left hand side of the screen. when combined the panel will look like the image below, with six video inputs available.
